Police investigating after Justin Bieber's Range Rover convoy 'put lives at risk' with dangerous manoeuvre filmed on roads of Frodsham

POLICE are investigating an incident in which Justin Bieber's Range Rover convoy caused outrage on the quiet streets of a Cheshire town.
The vehicle was filmed driving on the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic, with eyewitnesses claiming the manoeuvre "put people's lives at risk".
Exclusive footage shows three cars - one of which has Bieber on board - following each other at high speeds after leaving the £4.5 million Frodsham mansion, which the 22-year-old is renting for the north east part of his Purpose tour in the UK.
Sources claim Bieber was sitting in the back of the Range Rove after leaving the luxurious property together with his entourage at around 7pm on Tuesday evening before driving around the town centre to play ice hockey with the Manchester Storm team before heading to the pub.
