The 28-year-old's account, which has 7.1million followers, is currently showing "no posts" and Rob is not following anyone.
It's the second time the star has removed all pictures, including ones of his family and fiance Blac Chyna, from his account in the last few months.
Back in July it went blank following rumours he had split from his fiance.
The worrying move comes just days before the couple's relationship is put under the spotlight in their new reality TV show Rob & Chyna.
Teasers for the show have revealed just how drama-filled the pair's whirlwind romance is, with Rob confessing to Scott Disick in a new clip that his fiance had kicked him out her house.
"Chyna and I got in a fight so she kicked me out," Rob reveals. "I'm just gonna let her be and give her her space and I don't know."
When Scott presses him for more details, he continues: "This cycle of me being kicked out the house has happened several times and usually I go right back but I'm sick of it so Imma stay at my house in Calabasas for a bit." (sic)
Rob admits she kicks him out so frequently that he's reluctant to sell his home and live with her fulltime, adding: "It's not a good feeling when you get kicked out."
Scott tries to reassure Rob that it's all part of the pregnancy and hints the same thing happened with him and Kourtney Kardashian when they were together.
"Dude you're telling me my own life, it happens!" The father-of-three adds.
